Notice:
Before proceeding, carefully review these terms and conditions. Your signature on this document confirms your understanding and acceptance of the terms. The following conditions, along with any additional terms agreed upon in writing by Soccer Champs and the Parent or guardian signing the enrolment form, govern the business relationship between Soccer Champs and its associated companies and you. If any clause is unclear, seek assistance from Soccer Champs.
By enrolling with Soccer Champs parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accept these comprehensive terms and conditions on behalf of their child.
Take note that certain clauses limit rights and/or the liability of the service provider (Soccer Champs) and its associated companies by requiring the customer to indemnify Soccer champs in certain instances as described in clause 5 and 8.
1. Scope of Services:
- Soccer Champs agrees to provide soccer training services to enrolled participants, including coaching, and the use of equipment necessary for the sessions. An enrolled participant for the purpose of this agreement is a pupil whose parent/guardian has completed the Soccer Champs enrolment form and paid the registration fee thereby acknowledging that they have read, understood, and accept the terms and conditions to follow.
Definitions:
“Participant”: This is the child enrolled, who’s details are in the Enrolment Form.
"Parent": Parent or legal guardian responsible for fee payment, who has signed this agreement.
"Coach": Individual(s) employed by Soccer Champs to train the participants. Coaching staff can be subject to change.
“fees”: the payment as described in the enrolment form.
Terms and Conditions
1. Responsibilities:
- Participants and their parent are responsible for understanding and adhering to the rules, regulations, and guidelines set forth by Soccer Champs in these terms and conditions.
- Parents/Guardians are obligated to provide accurate emergency contact information, health details, and any relevant medical history for their child.
2. Media Release:
- Parents/Guardians grant Soccer Champs permission to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring their child for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.
3. Registration and Fees:
- Participants must complete the registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Fees and payment structure and schedule are clearly outlined on the website https://www.schoolsolution.co.za/copy-of-contact. Prompt payment is expected. Late payments may result in the participant's exclusion from training sessions.
4. *Injuries and Medical Emergencies:
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for informing Soccer Champs of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns affecting their child.
5. Indemnity:
Soccer champs, its coaches, facilitators, employees, suppliers, agents, guests, any other persons who may be associated with the business (3rd persons or otherwise) and any persons who may be included from time to time in the performance of any of the duties as defined and contemplated between the parties, including, but not limited to inter alia; providing coaching services, provision of sweets or food etc, is hereby indemnified in respect of any injury to or death of the minor child or participant, or any loss of or damage to property, arising from any cause whatsoever, including any negligent act by the minor child.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Soccer Champs reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, and participants will be notified in advance.
- Refund policies, including conditions for cancellations or withdrawals, are clearly communicated to participants during the registration process.
7. Payment:
A non-refundable annual registration fee of R110 will be payable upon registration.
The monthly training fees are outlined on the website and late payment can result in exclusion of the child from practises as per clause 3.
In instances of ‘an act of God’ or government or public guidance recommendation for health or public safety reasons to postpone training sessions, no refund or credit will be given.
8. Liability:
- Soccer champs is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during training sessions or related events.
9. Termination:
- Soccer Champs reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrolment in the case of repeated violations of the code of conduct or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law:
10.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Soccer Champs and the parent/guardian/ authorised signatory to the enrolment form and supersede all prior agreements.
10.3 This agreement falls under South African jurisdiction as it is governed by South African law.
11. Amendments:
Soccer Champs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to participants. Amendments will be communicated through official channels.
